A candidate that continues with current business and closes new negotiations with our clients..

The right fit

  • +5 years of experience selling marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Possesses strong communication and networking skills, with a hunter-like mentality.
  • Bachelor's Degree. Master’s degree, preferably.
  • A bilingual English/ Spanish speaker (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Branding & Advertising services.
  • Experienced in elaborating and presenting proposals as well as responding to RFP's.
  • Has the ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
  • Has a clear overview of the market and main competitors.
  • Uses a CRM system for sales, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Has the ability to communicate our company’s capabilities to a knowledgeable audience. (Decision-maker roles in global companies)
  • Has sustained solid relationships with people involved in the CPG market, AAA companies, Fortune 500 Companies, among others.
  • Has the ability to travel (Once global traveling bans and restrictions are lifted)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Social media strategic approach for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and CRM skills.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • High integrity and honesty.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Your day to day

  • Follow up sales and create needs with our current customers.
  • Make outbound calls, use social media strategies, and email to cultivate and maintain their awareness.
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and our executives or C-Suite members.
  • Employ a variety of techniques to persuade and negotiate with our current clients.
  • Have an excellent presence and empathy with the client.
  • Work with the team to develop and present proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
