Senior Account Executive

You will be responsible for managing Fortune 200 companies including statuses, conference calls, daily communication, face-to-face results reviews, general support, and troubleshooting. The right fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in national or international customer support (USA/MX preferably) by phone call and/or e-mail, working with worldwide brands as an account executive for graphic design and/or advertising companies (ATL/BTL/Packaging, Digital design, e-commerce) and coordination of activities on advertising, graphic design and/or MKT.
  • Experience managing Project Manager software.
  • Detail- Oriented, and Hiper-organizated.

Your day to day

  • Account Management:
  • Develop creative briefs based on client/agency input and manage projects in accordance with agency procedures.
  • Evaluate copy, layout/artwork, and media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed-upon strategies.
  • Provide effective/timely communications to agency staff, clients, outside vendors through conference reports, status, emails, etc.
  • Use ODOO and client ERP to project management.
  • Keep senior management fully informed of account activity and opportunities.
  • Customer Service:
  • Share Strategic POVs regarding client business initiatives vs. “executing” materials.
  • Lead meetings (internal and client) and deliver presentations.
  • Use the phone and email daily to interact with clients.
  • Leadership and Management:
  • Train peers in marketing, account management, and agency procedures.
  • Provide oversight to junior team members, growing their skills and determining when appropriate for them to take leadership with projects or client and internal discussions. We are committed to developing as professionals.
