THE BIG PLAYERS—AMAZON, WALMART, ALIBABA, AMONG OTHERS--HAVE BEEN RAPIDLY EXPANDING IN THE LAST FEW YEARS AND THE RECKITT BENCKISER HEALTH DIVISION WAS NO EXCEPTION. CONVENIENCE, WIDE SELECTION, AND SAVINGS HAVE SPURRED ONLINE SHOPPING SINCE THE BEGINNING.

CHALLENGE

RECKITT’S ECOMM TEAM TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THIS MOMENTUM, SO WE STARTED BY HEROING ONE OF OUR BEST BRANDS: MUCINEX FACING THE IMMINENT COLD AND FLU SEASON. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO GENERATE A GREAT AND DISRUPTIVE IDEA OVER THE ORGANIC AMAZON FEED FORCING THE CONSUMER TO HOLD AND WANTED TO KNOW MORE CLICKING TO PURCHASE.
